After careful consideration and in light of the global health emergency and pervasive travel restrictions, 2021 4th International Conference on Power and Smart Grid (ICPSG 2021) is also converted to a fully virtual conference. Except for the regular presentation style, delegates who cannot attend the meeting due to the epidemic situation have participated in the web conference session or video conference session, etc, during the conference.
