After careful consideration and in light of the global health emergency and pervasive travel restrictions, the organzing committee has made the difficult decision to convert 2020 3rd International Conference on Power and Smart Grid (ICPSG 2020) to a fully virtual conference, due to the epidemic situation. Except for the regular presentation style, delegates who cannot attend the meeting due to the epidemic situation have participated in the web conference session or video conference session, etc, during May 29-31, 2020. The organizing committee has invited (Fellow of IEEE) Prof. Z.Y. Dong, The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and Prof. Zhixin Wang, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China to deliver keynote speeches, with another 2 invited speeches.
